NH CAKE SMASH + MILESTONE PHOTOGRAPHY

 

Stop by my home photo studio in Hooksett, New Hampshire! My cozy  studio is a multi-functional permanent room inside my house,  dedicated to year-round sessions. All props and common area spaces are cleaned and sanitized before each shoot.

For Cake Smash shoots, choose from a variety of available decorated themes & backgrounds with a complimentary cake + themed cake topper. (Some backgrounds are printed backgrounds or a mix of printed + props. All balloon backgrounds are printed backgrounds.) 

Great news- cake smashes now include kids ages 1-4 years old. 

 

 Once we get you booked, I will send  two links for your shoot: "Customize Your Shoot" & "Style Guide". Customize your shoot with different backgrounds and themes. I recommend sending an inquiry at least 1-3 months in advance to ensure availability. Cake Smash shoots are taken Wednesday-Sunday with a start time between 10:00am-1:30pm. Sundays start after 1:30pm.

If you're looking to customize your shoot with a theme or background that is not available, please contact to collaborate on a new design. There will be an extra charge to purchase props or backgrounds (usually between $50-$175 extra.) NEW BACKDROPS AVAILABLE (photos coming soon)- "My First Rodeo" (boy), "Fairy First Birthday", "Hole in One", & "Little Ballerina".

Backgrounds and collections vary based on the age and height for milestone photoshoots. Celebrate kids' milestones like: lifting up head, touching toes, first tooth, sitting up, half birthday, standing, baptism, birthdays, sports, first communion, school pictures, preschool graduation, dance, pageants, scouts, etc. Individual milestone portrait photography ranges from $275-475.

To make it easy for my clients, I like to be as transparent & simple as possible about my pricing. All full session collections include a guaranteed minimum of digital files, with the print and digital release to your photos. If there are more useable images, I also include them in your gallery. You can also purchase high-quality prints & products from your online gallery. Mini sessions (like "Birthday Mini" or "Milestone Mini") allow you to chose a specific amount of High Resolution digital downloads from your online gallery, with the options to purchase more. YOU MAY WONDER- WHY DON'T YOU USE REAL BALLOON SETUPS?

My birthday backgrounds with balloons are printed backdrops. I use these beautiful, realistic-looking backdrops for a few good reasons: 1. Toddlers and babies are very easily distracted by real balloons. We want their attention on the cake or the camera. 2. Balloons are very hazardous! Kids like to bite the part where you blow air into the balloon. They can easily choke on these. 3. More safety concerns: When kids try to pull down balloon garlands or setups- and they will- more objects or backdrops can fall down on them. 4. Replicating the same balloon garlands or setups with balloons will not be consistent. I would not be able to guarantee the same look every time. 5. Creating balloon garlands or real balloon setups takes A LOT of time. This means I would have to charge more for shoots. 6. Balloons pop- changing the scene or startling the kids. The backdrops that I have available are beautiful, realistic, fun and fast to set up. They look just like the real thing!
